– Your favorite rivalry in tennis?
– Rafa and Roger are my favorite tennis confrontation.
– Who is your main rival?
– I do not know if it is possible to call it a rivalry, because he played me so many times … But we with a demon (Alex de Minaur) had real battles, and he won me in important matches, so I am now set up for revenge.
– What makes him so uncomfortable opponent?
– Stability. He is not mistaken at all. A real fighter on the court.
– Your greatest victory?
– I think my greatest victory is the title at the ATP 500 category at Queen’s Club last year. It was a special achievement in a special place.
– The most serious difficulties you have to overcome?
– To be honest, I do not think I have encountered some great difficulties. I play tennis and earn it for life – I think that my life was quite good.
– The most unique moment in your career?
– transition from juniors to adult tour. This is a truly unique period. To someone this transition is easier, and for me it was a difficult time, a great change in lifestyle.
– What achievement for you is the main thing for you?
-Probably the most I want to achieve is to win the Masters Series or enter the top 5 in the world.
– How long have you been going to it?
– Probably all life. Every time I come to the tournament, my goal is to win it. I already played many, and every time I wanted to win.
– Favorite tournament?
-This is either Indian-Vells, or Wimbledon, or US Open.
US Open – because it is our home tournament.
Wimbledon is just a tennis temple.
And the Indian-Vells is a tennis paradise.
– The sore thing you had to go out of court thanks to tennis?
– I visited many cool sports events – both during the tour and at home. For example, this year I was at the NFC conference finals when Eagles went to Superbola. It was incredible!
– Did your tennis open any interesting fishing opportunities for you?
– Before the US Open a few years ago, we went fishing in hampton, and it was really a vivid experience.
