Literally the General Staff: “According to updated information, yesterday (January 22 – ed.) the invaders carried out 1 missile and 85 air strikes on the territory of Ukraine, using 1 missile and dropping 226 guided air bombs. In addition, 5,862 kamikaze drones were brought in to strike and 3,545 attacks were made on the positions of our troops and populated areas, including 83 from rocket salvo systems.”

Details: On North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions 3 clashes took place last day.
On Yuzhno-Slobozhanskyi direction occupiers stormed the positions of Ukrainian units 12 times in the areas of the settlements of Prylipka, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Ambarne and in the direction of Izbytskyi.
On Kupyansk direction per day there was one attack by the occupiers near the settlement of Sinkivka.
On Lyman direction the Russians attacked 10 times, trying to advance in the areas of Myrne, Drobysheve, Kolodyazi, Zarichne, Yampil and Yampolivka settlements.
On Slavic direction the occupiers attacked 5 times near the settlements of Svyat Pokrovske, Pazeno and Siversk.
On Kramatorsk direction there were 7 clashes in the areas of Orihovo-Vasylivka, Chasiv Yar and in the direction of Markovoi.
On Kostyantynivskyi direction invaders carried out 20 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Predtechine, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Yablunivka, Rusyn Yar and Sofiivka.
On Pokrovsky direction Ukrainian defenders stopped 92 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of Shakhove, Ivanivka, Dorozhne, Rodynske, Sukhetske, Pokrovsk, Kotlyna, Udachne, Molodetske, Horikhove, Dachne and in the direction of Novopavlivka.
On Oleksandrovsky direction 12 times, the Russians attacked Ukrainian positions in the areas of Zeleny Gay, Verbove, Stepove, Vyshneve, Krasnohirske and in the direction of Nechaivka.
On Gulyaipil direction the occupiers tried to advance 37 times in the areas of Sweetkoy, Varvarivka, Gulyaipol, and in the direction of Zeleny and Dobropill.
On Orihiv direction Ukrainian defenders repelled 1 attack in the area of Plavni settlement.
Also, last day, the Russians made 1 unsuccessful attack attempt on Dnieper direction.
Over the past day, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit 2 concentration areas and an artillery system of the occupiers.
