In Kherson, a man was injured as a result of dropping ammunition from a drone, the regional military administration reports.

“One more person from Kherson was injured as a result of dropping ammunition from an unmanned aerial vehicle. At the time of the impact, the 51-year-old man was on the street. He suffered a blast injury and a shrapnel wound to his leg. Medics are providing assistance to the victim,” the post reads.

At the same time, the head of the Kherson city military administration, Roman Mrochko, reported that the wounded man was 47 years old.

“As a result of the enemy dropping explosives from a drone in the Dnipro district of Kherson around 4:30 p.m., a man born in 1977 suffered a mine-explosive injury, left leg injury and right fracture,” Mrochko said.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
