The OVA adds that within the framework of the “SvitloDim” state program, residents of the frontline areas are given the opportunity to attract additional financial resources to increase energy sustainability and the smooth functioning of key life support systems of high-rise buildings.
In particular, the state provides assistance from 100 to 300 thousand UAH for condominiums, housing and service cooperatives, managers of apartment buildings of any form of ownership. These funds can be spent on the purchase of generators, batteries, inverters and other energy equipment.

Kharkiv Region is under constant Russian shelling. On February 10, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that Sumy, Kharkiv and Poltava regions currently have the most difficult situation with electricity supply.

The Security Service of Ukraine qualifies Russia’s strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure as crimes against humanity. The SBU previously noted that since the beginning of this year’s heating season, it has documented at least 256 air attacks by the Russian Federation on energy facilities and heat supply systems of Ukraine.
