The panel consisted of 20 players and coaches, 10 talent representatives and 5 HLTV employees. Voting continued from December 22 on the basis of shortlists prepared by the portal editors.
Finalists in the Sniper of the Year nomination
- Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov (Falcons)
The 2024 winner is back in the top three. In 2025, m0NESY finished the season with a 1.25 rating, two MVPs and 0.81 kills per round.
- Dmytro “sh1ro” Sokolov (spirit)
Finalist in 2022, 2024 and now 2025. sh1ro once again showed elite stats (1.20 rating) and remained the hardest player to eliminate in CS with a 46.2% survival rate.
- Mathieu “ZywOo” Erbo (Vitality)
Vitality’s main star, who helped the team to a record-breaking season. ZywOo won 8 MVPs and finished the year with a phenomenal 1.32 rating.

- Danylo “donk” Kryshkovets (spirit)
