The press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Heorhiy Tykhiy, said that Ukraine’s defense actions are strategically justified and are aimed at systematically reducing Russia’s military-industrial potential. “Ukraine responds with a blow to the blows and attacks of the aggressor,” he noted.
Tykhi also stressed that the only factor of destabilization in the Black Sea region and beyond continues to be Russian aggression.
In connection with Kazakhstan’s statements, the Ukrainian side drew attention to the absence of any previous statements by Astana regarding massive Russian attacks on peaceful Ukrainians, residential buildings, and energy infrastructure.
