Online booking of employees: who and how can be booked through Diya

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine explained who and how you can book through Diya.

How to book an employee through Diya?

Go to the citizen’s office on the Diya portal (authorization via electronic signature).

Select the Submit application option.

Enter employee details for booking.

Confirm the salary of the employee you are booking.

Check the application and sign it (the signature must be provided by the head of the enterprise or the signatory).

Wait for the result.

The application is processed within three days. The message is sent to e-mail and to the personal account, a successful reservation will be displayed in the employee’s Reserve+.

It is forbidden book employees without military registration documents who are wanted and those who have not updated their data. Reservations may be refused after verification.

Who can be booked? The categories of employees subject to reservation under the new order and the amount of reservation depending on the authorities or enterprises (institutions and organizations) are defined in paragraphs 5-13 of Resolution 1332.

Conscripts, who must be booked, work in the following positions or in the following areas:

Positions of category “A”:

• Heads of regional and district administrations (including military administrations).
• Mayors, heads of regional, district, village and settlement councils.

Critically important enterprises:

• Beneficial owners who are not employees.
• Members of supervisory boards of strategic enterprises (assets over UAH 200 million) and economically important companies (assets over UAH 2 billion or income over UAH 1.5 billion per year).

International and sports fields:

• Employees of UN institutions, international organizations, and Ukrainian representative offices who have official status.
• Members of national national teams in Olympic and non-Olympic sports.

Fuel and energy complex:

• Employees and contractors involved in the uninterrupted operation of the power system and gas transportation system.

Technical specialists:

• Employees of emergency recovery teams of mobile and Internet operators.

Specialists in the field of prosthetic and orthopedic production.

For other categories of workers, 50% of conscripts are reserved:

Authorities and local self-government:

• Positions of categories “B” and “B”.
• Employees of other state bodies (police, NABU, DBR, prosecutor’s office, State Emergency Service, BEB).

Critically important enterprises:

• Employees who perform key functions.

International projects and humanitarian activities:

• Executors of international technical assistance projects.
• Employees of the Red Cross and other Ukrainian humanitarian organizations.

Foreign companies and media:

• Positions in representative offices of international companies (for the media: up to 15 people – 100%, more than 15 – 50%).

The Ministry of Defense can decide to increase the number of employees subject to reservation, if it is necessary to ensure the functioning of important areas.

These rules allow balancing the country’s defense needs with the need to support critical sectors of the economy and governance.

As ArmiyaInform reported, the government is restoring the possibility of online booking of employees on the Diya portal from December 1. From now on, all applications will be submitted online.
