“According to the information of the Polish side, at the checkpoints “Medyka” and “Grebenne” the operation of the database, which is used for the registration of cargo vehicles with cargo headed for departure from Ukraine (entry to the Republic of Poland), has been temporarily suspended. At the “Korchów” checkpoint, the database of the Polish customs service operates in a slow mode. Empty cargo vehicles are processed in the usual way. Other types of transport go through border and customs procedures without any changes,” the DPSU reported.
According to preliminary information, full operation of the Polish customs database is expected to be restored by 22:00 (Ukrainian time) on January 18, 2026.

According to the DPSU, a total of 18 checkpoints and checkpoints, including nine automobile checkpoints, are registered on the Ukrainian-Polish border.
