On World Car Free Day on Sunday, September 22, the KMDA urges Kyiv residents to give up their cars and offer a 20% discount on the use of bikes and electric scooters from the company BikeNow.

“According to various estimates, the share of emissions into the atmosphere from mobile sources in large cities of Ukraine is approximately 80-85%. In Kyiv, the main source of atmospheric air pollution is motor vehicles,” the report says.
KMDA in collaboration with the BikeNow company offers a 20% discount on the use of the company’s scooters and bicycles. The discount will be valid throughout the day and will be applied automatically.
