The chairman of the Military Medical Commission (VLK) of the Regional Center for Mobilization in Bukovina has established a business for the production of counterfeit medical documents for evasion of mobilization.
About it reports the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR). According to the investigation, the unlawful activity of the chairman of the VLK and his accomplice lasted at least in February 2025. For cash, they offered the military to prepare a package of documents for temporary dismissal or complete exclusion from military accounting. The cost of such a “service” was from $ 5 to $ 10,000, depending on whether there were real grounds for dismissal.
Law enforcement officers detained the mediator of the head of the VLK during the transfer of the second part of the money and the finished package of documents confirming the unfit for service.
The DBR found out that the military contacted the VLK to update medical data after illness. There, instead of a temporary delay, he was offered a “correct” diagnosis for money. The man agreed to the words, and later turned to the DBR.
During the searches at the place of work and residence of the head of the VLC, law enforcement officers seized medical documentation of the military and are currently checking its legality.
Currently, the official and his accomplice have been informed of the suspicion of requesting and receiving an illegal benefit by an official committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy (Article 368 (368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). They are threatened with imprisonment for up to 10 years.
Meanwhile, in Kropyvnytskyi, the head of the military commission (VLK) developed a “scheme” for the sale of “white” military tickets. This service cost from $ 2 to $ 10,000.
Earlier, the former deputy chairman of the Volyn Regional Military Administration and its accomplices was exposed to illegally crossed by military personnel across the border. In total, they helped more than a hundred evaders.
