The absolute champion of the world in super heavy weight Oleksandr Usyk told how he started boxing.
“My dad was a military man, so we often moved – first from Simferopol to Chernihiv region, then back again. When we lived in Chernihiv Oblast, I started playing sports – I tried wrestling and played football. But then there was not enough money to pay for classes, so I chose boxing – it was free,” the athlete said.
Earlier, the WBC, WBO, WBA and IBF heavyweight title holder (over 90.7 kg) Oleksandr Usyk (24–0, 15 KOs) talked about his plans and admitted when he intends to end his professional career.
