Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre -trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the commission of a war crime, which caused the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was initiated.
