A military blogger who defrauded subscribers during a fundraiser for a unit of the Armed Forces was notified of suspicion. We are talking about at least 350,000 hryvnias, the Office of the Prosecutor General (OPG) said in a statement.
“Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors of the General Prosecutor’s Office, the military serviceman was informed of the suspicion of taking someone else’s property by deception, committed on a large scale. As part of the criminal investigation, law enforcement officers searched the suspect’s place of residence,” the agency said.
It is known that the military serviceman was served with a petition to select a preventive measure – detention.
