The contract with the 24-year-old Dutch midfielder is signed until June 30, 2030. According to Transfermarkt, the amount of the transfer amounted to 4.5 million euros.
Quinten is the twin brother of Jurrien Timber, who currently plays for Arsenal.
He is a pupil of “Ajax”, but at the adult level he made his debut for “Utrecht”, in which he played 33 matches, scoring 2 goals and giving 4 assists. In 2022, Timber moved to Feyenoord, where he became a key player. Quinten played 125 games for Rotterdam, scoring 21 goals and providing 17 assists, winning the league, Dutch Cup and Super Cup.
Timber is called up to the national team of the Netherlands, for which he played 8 matches and scored 1 goal.
