Bohdan started his football career at SDYUSHOR “Prykarpattia” in his native Ivano-Frankivsk and soon joined the Dynamo academy.
At the end of February 2024, he made his debut for Dynamo U-19 in the national championship match against Metalist 1925 Kharkiv. Redushko became an important player of the Dynamo U-19 championship team in the 2024/2025 season, scoring 9 goals and 13 assists.
In December 2025, Bohdan made his debut for the first team of the “White and Blue” in the match of the 14th round of the Ukrainian Premier League against SC “Poltava”. In just two minutes of being on the football field, he gave his first assist at the adult level, thus proving himself from the best side.
In the current season, the 19-year-old midfielder played four games for the first team (one assist) and 13 games for the U-19s (nine goals and four assists).
