Mayor Gennady Trukhanov reports about it in his Telegram channel. According to him, there was a fire on the site, many apartments were damaged. People recover from shock while operative and utilities work on the ground.

This attack happened immediately after the end of the Easter truce declared by Russia, which lasted from April 20 to April 21. Information on the number of victims is clarified.
According to the military-political observer Alexander Kovalenko, this raid of drones became the most massive drone shelling of Odessa for the whole time of the Great War of Russia against Ukraine.
