Odesa: The number of wounded increased to seven, all – in a state of moderate

Currently, seven wounded through a Russian blow to Odessa, said Oleg Kiper, head of the regional military administration on January 31.

“It is now known about the seven victims as a result of the impact of Russian terrorists at the historical center of Odessa. Everyone is in a state of moderate severity, ”he said.

Kiper added that the victims provide the necessary help. Rescuers continue to work on the spot.

The Office of the Prosecutor General reported that law enforcement officers opened criminal proceedings on the facts of commission of war crimes:

“According to the investigation, on January 31 in the evening, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation attacked Odessa ballistic missiles, pre -type Iskander. In the central part of the city, the hotel building was destroyed, windows were knocked out and facades were damaged in adjacent homes and premises. ”

The prosecutor’s office added that information about the victims and destruction was specified.

Earlier, local authorities reported that Russian troops attacked the city’s historic city center.
