The US side insists on other conditions to settle the war, which has been going on for more than three years. Meanwhile, Ukraine continues to look for ways to reach peace, in particular through negotiations in Saudi Arabia.
Ukrainian sources emphasize the risks of further escalation of the conflict unless specific arrangements are reached.
“If we have nothing, and Russia will continue to increase its forces, then in a year they will be ready to blow again,” – said representatives of Ukraine.
In the course of negotiations in Saudi Arabia, the Ukrainian side suggested that air and sea blows immediately stop as the first step towards reducing the level of violence.
Ukraine is ready to cease fire, but insists on obtaining safety guarantees before its infantry is weapon. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy earlier stated the need for international support to ensure a long peace.
