In the new branch, clients can quickly send and receive documents and parcels up to 30 kg, as well as buy packaging. The term of delivery of shipments from Ukraine to the Czech Republic is three working days, in the Czech Republic – from one day, and to other European countries – from two days, depending on the distance.
Courier delivery services, including the ability to pick up the parcel from any address in the Czech Republic, are also available. This can be done through a chat bot, multi-language site, personal office or mobile application.
In addition, in cooperation with partners, Nova Poshta provides delivery of up to 2700 post office and reception and issuance points in the Czech Republic.
