From December 1, 2025, the Nova Poshta company is revising the cost of part of its delivery services in the city and throughout Ukraine.

The rates for sending parcels up to 2 kg, as well as services for forwarding, returns, sending in envelopes for documents and branded packages remain unchanged – all this, as before, is included in the total amount of delivery.
The commission does not increase from the declared value to UAH 500 either, so for small and inexpensive shipments, customers will not feel the price increase.
At the same time, the company emphasizes that the update of tariffs is connected with real logistics costs and the desire to distribute payment for different types of services in more detail.
The most noticeable changes concern the delivery of documents between departments. Local forwarding within the same city will now cost UAH 60, which is UAH 5 cheaper than the previous tariff.
Instead, sending documents between different settlements in Ukraine will cost UAH 70, which is UAH 5 more expensive than before.
Additionally, you will have to pay another 10 hryvnias for receiving documents at the post office, which encourages you to choose the delivery method more carefully.
Tariffs for standard parcels between branches have also been revised. For local shipments around the city, parcels up to 2 kg still cost UAH 60, while parcels up to 10 kg have risen in price to UAH 100, and parcels up to 30 kg to UAH 160.
For delivery in Ukraine, basic shipments up to 2 kg remained at 80 UAH, but parcels up to 10 kg now cost 120 UAH, and up to 30 kg – 180 UAH.
Separately, a surcharge of UAH 10 has been introduced for receiving parcels at a post office, and for shipments over 120 cm or without a box, another UAH 100 is charged, and the transportation of pallets between departments immediately becomes more expensive by UAH 50-250, depending on the parameters of the cargo.
For cargo weighing more than 30 kg, the company introduces a clear and transparent surcharge — plus UAH 1 for each additional kilogram. If the shipment has a dimension of more than 120 cm, another 150 UAH is added to the bill as a separate extra charge for oversized items.
Prices for the transportation of tires and rims will also increase – the surcharge will be from UAH 15 to UAH 50, depending on the type and size of the product.
As a reminder, Nova Poshta continues its expansion into the Western market.
