Terekhov’s direct speech: “Utility services and volunteers are actively working to eliminate the consequences of the shelling. In particular, they are closing window contours. We are checking communications. We have already provided water and electricity to some houses.

We will restore everything. Unfortunately, many people turned to doctors for help. Two victims are in a very serious condition.”

Details: According to the mayor, the dynamics of shelling has increased – Kharkiv suffers from enemy attacks both during the day and at night.
