04:35. The Russian Federation struck a high-rise building in the Saltiv district of Kharkiv with a guided aerial bomb. It is known about ten victims. There may be people under the rubble.

- and the north-eastern part of the Mykolaiv region, heading for the Kirovohrad region;
- on the border of Mykolaiv region and Odesa region, heading north;
- west of Odessa, heading north.
