In 2025, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption drew up 248 administrative protocols due to untimely submission of declarations. Another 129 cases were referred to law enforcement officers for investigation for willful failure to submit declarations, and more than 10,000 people received warnings from the National Police. Control over the timeliness of declarations remains a priority of NAKC in the fight against corruption. It informs press service of the department.
This year, the results of inspections showed serious activity of the agency:
“One of the mechanisms to encourage officials to make proper declarations is the application of the types of legal responsibility provided for by the law,” the NAZC emphasizes. According to the results of 2025:
-
129 materials were handed over to law enforcement agencies for pretrial investigation for intentional failure to submit declarations (Article 366-3 of the Criminal Code);
-
248 protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up for untimely submission of declarations (Parts 1 and 2 of Article 172-6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses);
-
