On October 7, Latvia joined the program, joining Lithuania, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Each country will head the reconstruction of one center, and NATO will provide coordination and management with a project.
The Renovator operation, started in 2023, has a budget of 100 million euros. It supports coordination of equipment supply, medical training and infrastructure recovery.
The project conducts rescue operations, prosthetics, training of Ukrainian doctors – doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists – as well as construction work and provision of equipment for complex support of wounded servicemen.
