Natalukha was appointed head of the State Property Fund

The Parliament approved Dmytro Natalukha, elected by the people from the Servant of the People, as well as the head of the VRU Committee on Economic Development, to the position of head of the State Fund property 244 parliamentarians voted for the relevant decision. It should be noted that the chair of the head of the Federal State Medical University has been vacant since September 2024.

“Since its establishment in the 1990s, the Fund has performed a clear function – it carried out privatization and managed outdated Soviet assets. The state acted as liquidator of the property of the Soviet Union, but not as an owner with a long-term strategy. This model has exhausted itself, because most of the attractive assets have already been realized, and also because most of the remaining state-owned enterprises have been in stagnation for years or are not operating at full capacity,” Natalukha said during his speech in the Council.

He believes that the State Property Fund needs to make the transition from asset privatization to their administration.

He stopped exercising his parliamentary powers in connection with his new appointment.

What is known about Dmytro Natalukha Dmytro Natalukha was born on September 15, 1987 in Moscow. Public figure, People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the 9th convocation, chairman of the VRU Committee on Economic Development. He is a member of the “Servant of the People” parliamentary faction.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Institute of International Relations of KNU named after Taras Shevchenko and received an education at Cambridge University in the field of “international politics and relations”.

He worked for a long time in a number of law firms. Actively supported the Revolution of Dignity.

Since 2015, he managed the Lymansk RDA in Odesa, but in February 2017 he was dismissed from this position.

In 2019, he was elected a People’s Deputy from the Slug party, number 14 on the list. He became a member of the faction and headed the Council’s Committee on Economic Development.

He is married to Olena Shkrum, deputy of the 8th and 9th convocations from “Batkivshchyna”. The wedding of Shkrum and Natalukha took place on September 6, 2015. The couple studied together in Cambridge (Great Britain). They raise two children.
