On October 24, VAKS reduced Glimbovsky’s preventive measure from detention to 24-hour house arrest.

Now, instead of 24-hour house arrest, Glimbovsky was given bail in the amount of UAH 45 million.

In addition, he was ordered not to leave Kyiv and the Kyiv region without the permission of the prosecutor or the court; notify about a change of residence; refrain from communicating with witnesses; hand in a foreign passport and wear an electronic bracelet.

Earlier, NABU and SAP reported the suspicion to the developer Glimbovsky and the former advisor to the ex-head of the Federal Security Service, Roman Nasirov.

According to the investigation, Glimbovskyi helped legalize 13 million euros that Nasirov received from Bakhmatyuk for extraordinary VAT reimbursement to his companies.

After Glimbovsky’s suspicion was reported took in custody with a bail of 200 million hryvnias, which was later reduced to 100 million hryvnias. He paid only 25 million hryvnias.

After that, VAKS changed the preventive measure to house arrest, since the suspect’s health has allegedly deteriorated and there is a threat to his life.
