Details: Forecasters reported that in the Azov region and the Crimea there is fog in places at night and in the morning.
The wind is south, in the western regions with a transition to the northwest, 5-10 m/s, in the Carpathians at night and in the morning gusts of 17-22 m/s in places.
The temperature at night is from 4° to 1° of frost, in the extreme west and south of the country it is 5-7° of heat in places. During the day it is 3-8° warm, in the central and southern regions and the Crimea 9-14°.

According to the Central Geophysical Observatory named after Boris Sreznevskyi, the highest daytime temperature on December 20 in Kyiv was recorded in 2023, it was 10.6°C, the lowest at night was 20.8°C below zero in 1994.
