Nadiya Kichenok failed to reach the final of the WTA 250 doubles tournament in Guangzhou

Ukrainian tennis player Nadia Kichenok finished her doubles performance at the WTA 250 hard tournament in Guangzhou, China.

The Ukrainian and her partner are in the semi-finals Alexander Eala (Philippines) lost in three sets to the tandem of Katarzyna Pieter (Poland) / Janice Tjen (Indonesia) in 1 hour and 47 minutes.

Kichenok and Eala held the first joint competitions. In Guangzhou, they managed to beat the duets of Emily Appleton / Tang Qianhui and Polina Kudermetova / Camilla Rakhimova.

Nadia played in the semifinals at the Tour level for the fifth time this season and was defeated at this stage for the second time.

Peter and Tjen will play against the pair of Yudis Chong / Liang Enshou in the Guangzhou final.
