NABU fell that a woman is one of the participants of an organized group that has been implementing illegal transfer of state land for a long time. It was on the international wanted list since March 5, 2024, and in March 2025 it was detained in Germany. Subsequently, Germany satisfied Ukraine’s request for extradition.
The transfer of the suspect took place at the international checkpoint “Krakivtsi-Korchov”, after which it was taken to court. She was chosen a pre -trial detention measure with an alternative to 10 million hryvnias.
NABU noted that extradition was made possible by cooperation with law enforcement officers of Germany, Poland, the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Office of Interpol.
