Murayev began the conversation by saying that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy “is not going to end the war under any circumstances.”
The politician is going to “search for those who disappeared from his environment after the fall of the Zelenskyi regime.”
Murayev did not say how he left Ukraine, “so as not to harm the people who helped him.” He also helped Lazarev leave Ukraine.
Also, the former member of the Rada several times mentioned Russia, with which “we have a centuries-old history within the framework of a single state.” He called the war “bad relations between countries”, and Ukrainians and Russians “not foreign people”. Some time was also devoted to “Ukraine’s non-compliance with the Minsk agreements”.
Apparently, Muraev has been living in China since 2022, as the interlocutors discussed “learning the Chinese language in three years.”

The British Foreign Office stated that the Kremlin considered Murayev as a candidate for a puppet government in the event of Russia’s occupation of Ukraine. Muraev himself called it “nonsense”.
