More than 19,000 criminal proceedings have been registered in Ukraine for evasion of mobilization

From January 2022 to September 2025, Ukrainian law enforcement officers registered 19,273 criminal proceedings for evading mobilization (Article 336 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to open data on the “Judicial Power of Ukraine” web portal, 1,734 offenders were convicted during 2022-2024. Information on sentences for 2025 has not yet been calculated.
