The explanatory note to the bill states that giving mobile operators the status of critical infrastructure objects is necessary to ensure a stable mobile communication for the population and state bodies.
Mobile operators are proposed to recognize the highest category (s) critical infrastructure, since their work affects other important objects, and interruptions may cause a crisis at the state level.
This procedure, as stated, will not require additional expenses from the state budget.
