Both semifinal pairs are already known: Joao Fonseca (Brazil, ATP 145) will play against Luc van Asch (France, ATP 128), and Alex Mickelsen (USA, ATP 41) will meet Lerner Tien (USA, ATP 122).
The semi-final confrontations of the youth final tournament will take place on December 21.
It is interesting that the two main contenders for the trophy, Arthur Fies (France, ATP 20) and Jakub Mešyk (Czech Republic, ATP 48) failed to make it to the playoffs. By the way, they performed in the same quartet, from which Fonseca and Tien eventually left.
Previously, of the 2024 semifinalists, only Van Asch played at this Next Gen stage. In 2023, he lost to Fies at the start of the playoffs in four games.
