Interior Minister Igor Klimenko stated that in Ukraine the names of the Russian military, whose bodies of the Russian Federation were transferred in the framework of repatriation together with the bodies of fallen Ukrainians.

“Russia turns repatriation of the bodies of the dead into a tool of manipulation and pressure. The enemy deliberately complicates us identification, generates chaos, mixes the bodies of the Russian military with the bodies of Ukrainians. Yes, we have facts. The Ministry of Internal Affairs head stressed that Ukraine would return the bodies of Russian military Moscow.

The head of the Russian delegation at Istanbul negotiations, Vladimir Medinsky stated that Russia had transferred 78 bodies of its dead military. Earlier, 27 bodies were reported. The Ukrainian side did not call the number of bodies transferred to Russia.

The Russian side assures that she has identified the bodies transferred to Ukraine and is convinced that bodies belong to the Ukrainian military.
