They have been sent to carry out an examination on the validity of the decisions made regarding them by medical and social expert commissions,” the message reads.
It is noted that, in particular, among the selected cases to be reviewed:
- 32% – employees of the tax service of Ukraine;
- 26% – employees of prosecutor’s offices;
- 17% – employees of the customs service;
- 25% are employees of other state bodies.
The Ministry of Health adds that the list of persons whose cases are subject to review is increasing, in accordance with the receipt of additional data from law enforcement officers.

The Ministry reminds that for the next two months, checks of the validity of the decisions of the MSEC regarding the establishment of disability for officials will continue, and in the case of unjustified adoption of such decisions, they will be reviewed.
On October 22, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, put into effect the decision of the National Security Council regarding the activities of the MSEC, which provides for the liquidation of the Medical and Social Commissions, the review of their decisions, and the reform of the MSEC system in Ukraine.
A few days later, in compliance with the decisions of the National Security Council and the President, the government approved a plan to combat corruption and other offenses among the MSEK.

This meeting of the National Security Council and the corresponding decision were preceded by a number of reports about alleged abuses in the MSEC.
