The draft law has been developed, but there are no reserves for demobilization.
This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Ivan Havrylyuk, during the Government Question Hour in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
“The draft law is practically developed and ready to be issued and submitted to the Verkhovna Rada through the Cabinet of Ministers,” he said regarding the draft law on demobilization.

“Until we prepare the reserves of military personnel to replace those who are currently fighting on the frontline, it is practically impossible to do this, because it will lead to the loss of the state,” Havryliuk emphasized.
