Former player of the national team of Ukraine and the Donetsk club Vladimir Ezersky in a comment for Sport.ua, he highly rated the potential of the young student of Vinnytsia football:
“Our paths crossed with Krupsky in the youth national team of Ukraine. In my opinion, in order to continue progressing, Ilya needs a new challenge at the club level. I am convinced that the new team will not lose with his invitation.
The main thing is that Krupsky is a fast player who does a lot of work. He is technical, which is especially valuable for teams focused on ball control. Ilya has an accurate transfer when connected to attacks.
Of course, if Krupsky were a few centimeters taller, it would add to his advantages. But thanks to his ability to foresee the development of events on the field, he successfully plays in advance and wins aerial duels. In addition, he possesses leadership qualities and is always determined to act with maximum efficiency. In the future, Ilya has every chance to debut in the national team of Ukraine.”
