On November 24, the suspect’s lawyer filed a corresponding complaint with the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court. Currently, it is not yet known when Themis will consider an appeal in the interests of Mindich.
As “Glavkom” found out with the help of the analytical system YouContol, as of November 26, three capital apartments of Timur Mindich are under arrest: two – on Mykhailo Hrushevskyi street, 9a with a total area of 736.6 square meters. m and one – on Tsaryka Hryhoriya Street, 3 (previous name – Ipodromny Lane).
Two apartments of the suspect, which are located at 7 Svyatoslav Khorobroy Street in Dnipro, were also arrested.
According to the investigation, Timur Mindich is suspected of creating and leading a criminal organization, legalization (laundering) of property obtained through crime, and illegal influence on members of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, Semyon Kryvonos, said that the department could not prevent the departure of businessman Timur Mindych, involved in the embezzlement case at Energoatom, due to the lack of control over his movement and phone.
NABU director Semyon Kryvonos stated during the meeting of the Committee on Anti-corruption Policy of the VRU that Timur Mindich crossed the state border of Ukraine quite quickly, which could have been facilitated by officials.
