In Davos, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with the Prime Minister of Sweden, Ulf Kristersson.
The head of state thanked Ulf Kristersson and his government for all their efforts to strengthen support for Ukraine. In total, since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, Sweden has provided $5.6 billion in aid.
The President particularly noted defense support, in particular the strengthening of Ukrainian air defense, and investments in Ukrainian arms production based on the Danish model.
The main topic of the meeting is the continuation of aid to Ukraine. Our state is counting on the approval of the 18th package of military support. This will help strengthen the position of Ukraine and bring a fair and lasting peace for the whole of Europe closer.
