“According to the results of consideration of the petition of the prosecutors of the Shepetivsky District Prosecutor’s Office, the mayor of Netishin, who is suspected of negligence, continued a precautionary measure in the form of house arrest for the term of pre -trial investigation until March 4, 2025,” the statement reads.
The mayor also continued removal from office for the specified period.
In December 2024, the court elected a preventive event to the mayor of Netishina Khmelnytsky region Alexander Suprunyuk, who is suspected of negligence, which led to losses in the amount of UAH 6.1 million during the purchase of drones.
