In his Telegram blog, Melovin admitted that Petro Zlotya is his “love at first sight”, so he did not think long about the answer during the proposal. According to the singer, his lover is a volunteer paramedic. He served in hot spots such as Chasiv Yar, Bakhmut and the Zaporozhye direction.
Peter proposed to Melovin in the very heart of Kyiv – on Maidan Nezalezhnosti. As the artist said, his lover gave him 501 roses and a gold engagement ring of the Italian brand Damiani with 10 diamonds weighing 0.07 carats.
The singer shared with fans on Instagram a video of the moment of confirmation, which shows exactly how Peter was preparing a surprise for him.
As for the wedding, the couple cannot officially legalize their relationship, but according to Melovin, they hope to pass a new law that will allow them to do so.
“So many words of support, congratulations, and your love! Me and Peter are so happy to read this! As soon as law 9103 goes into effect and is signed by Mr. President, we will be the first to call all of you to the painting,” he wrote in Threads.
