Italy’s premiere has still proposed to extend Article 5 of the NATO Treaty to Ukraine without providing it with membership in the Military Alliance, which, she said, would become a “guarantee of stable, long -term and effective safety.”
At the same time, she rejected the proposal of the United Kingdom and France for the “decisive coalition” ready to take part in the deployment of a military contingent to guarantee peace in Ukraine.
