According to the investigation, the organization “Druzhi Ukraine” operated in Moscow on the military-political leadership of the Russian Federation and performed the tasks of the FSB and external intelligence.
Among the suspects are Denis Zharki, Artem Marchevsky, Roman Kovalenko, Ruslan Kalinchuk, Jan Taksur, Yuri Dudkin, Ruslan Kotsaba, Natalia Khoroshevskaya, Bogdan Giganov, Oleg Yasinsky, Alexander Lazarev and Kirill Molchanov.
“As the investigation was established, Kirill Molchanov worked simultaneously on two special services of the aggressor country: FSB and external intelligence of the Russian Federation. Within the framework of criminal proceedings it was found that one of his “direct contacts” was the first deputy fifth service of the FSB of the Russian Federation General General Georgy Grishaev. The corresponding correspondence was found in the suspect’s phone. At the instructions of the invaders of Molchanov and his “colleagues” were engaged in justification of Russian aggression, discredit of Ukraine in the international arena and loosening the internal situation in the partner countries of our country, ”the SBU said.
The Prosecutor General’s Office informed these citizens about the suspicion of committing crimes under Articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine
- Part 3 of Art. 436-2 (justification, recognition legitimate, denial of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants);
- Part 3 of Art. 109 (actions aimed at a violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or the seizure of state power);
- Part 3 of Art. 161 (violation of equality of citizens depending on their racial, nationality or religious beliefs);
- Part 2 of Art. 111 (treason);
- Part 6 of Art. 111-1 (collaborative activity).
