The Assistant President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Medinsky claims that the Russian side has handed over to Ukraine the first list of 640 prisoners of war “wounded”, “seriously” and “youth” to start exchange. There is no confirmation of this statement on the Ukrainian side.

Medinsky also says that the Ukrainian side has suddenly postponed “for an indefinite time and acceptance of bodies, and the exchange of prisoners of war.”

On June 6, the coordination headquarters on the management of prisoners of war Ukraine reported that the Russian side’s statements were allegedly on the beginning of the return of bodies or repatriation measures on the results of agreements in Istanbul are not true.
