Details: According to The Journal’s sources, four “military-type drones” reached the location in the area of Dublin Airport, where the plane carrying Zelensky was supposed to fly around 11:00 p.m. The plane landed ahead of schedule, so it avoided the UAV.

The drones then flew towards the Irish warship LÉ William Butler Yeats, which was secretly deployed off Dublin. The Irish Armed Forces have decided not to shoot down drones.
The intelligence services established that the drones were launched from the north-east of Dublin, from where they flew for up to two hours. It is currently unknown who launched them and for what purpose, as well as where these UAVs are now, The Journal writes.
“Irish security services determined that the drones at Dublin Airport were large, extremely expensive, military-grade, and that the incident could be classified as a hybrid attack,” the report said.
According to The Journal, after the incident on Tuesday, an urgent meeting was held with the participation of the top management of Ireland, and the plane carrying Zelensky made a special take-off from Dublin to limit the risk of incidents with drones.
We will remind you that during the official visit of President Volodymyr Zelenskyi to Ireland, the two countries signed a partnership roadmap for the next 5 years.
In 2024, Norway tried a man who launched a drone during Zelenskyi’s visit to this country.
