The current tactics of shelling are used by about a month. She is not new. The enemy concentrates strokes with cheap means, especially drones. This time it was said that the drones were with a strengthened combat part. It may be considered new.
In general, the tactic looks like this: Russians concentrate a blow on one, a maximum of two cities. This time, Kyiv was much less affected by Bila Tserkva. Last time it was Kremenchuk and Odesa. And so six days ago it was again Kiev and again Odesa. That is, one city assumes the main blow, and the other is additional. One way or another, the enemy does not concentrate in more than two cities.
The North Korean missiles that hit the house in Kiev have been modified for a long time. At first they were inaccurate. They have been improved, now they will fly more precisely. If we talk about a high -rise building in the Shevchenkivskyi district, there are statements, in particular, the Minister of Internal Affairs that it is destroyed by a ballistic missile. I can say that yes – it seems like balism. Although in the previous case, in the Solomenskiy district, the strike was caused by a rocket X-101.
First of all, through the tactics of accumulation, these shelling can be more intense. With regard to Kiev, we see an interval at six to seven days, but it can be, for example, eight or more days.

The tactics of Russian shelling have certain outlines. These are concentrated blows that are aimed at carrying the “Erzatz” carpet bombing. The blows that Russian invaders are now affixed with their failure in the war zone. They launched a summer offensive campaign of 2025 and put a lot of hopes on it. But three weeks of June have passed, and they did not even perform the tasks that were set much earlier.
That is, the offensive campaign of the enemy passes quite slowly. In this case, it must be accompanied by terror. I repeatedly warned that when the Russians will start an offensive campaign on the front, the terror of civilians in the rear Ukraine would reach its climax. This is exactly what happens.
Now the Russians have chosen tactics of imitation of carpet bombing of our cities. Today, they have every “Shahamed -136”-it is actually an aviation bomb, a 250-kilogram fragmentation and fugitive aviation bomb. Why this bomb? Because they have a battle part – 90 kg. Shahhed-136 also has a combat part, increased to 90 kg. That is, in fact, Fab-250.
But they cannot carry out carpet bombardment of our cities, as in 2022. Shakhi is used for this purpose. They have the opportunity to produce at a plant in Elabuga (Tatarstan) a day, as well as at the Izhevsk plant up to 90 UAVs of the Shahhed-136 type completely ready. This is the average.
About the same number-drones-bastards, UAV “Herbera” and “Parody”. Therefore, every day, the occupiers have ready ammunition: 150-180 units of both drones-Kamikadze and drones of baits. And every night they have such a potential for attack.
But not every night the Russians perform raids of 150-180 drones. There are periods when they use 80-70 nights, even less than 50 units, drones. And then a large -scale plaque begins: 450, 400, 350 drones. That is, the enemy also went into the format of accumulation: they wait, accumulate, and then make a massive coating.
They choose a separate city. These can be Kremenchuk, Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv or Sumy. And it is on it that concentrate the main stroke. There are always accompanying cities. For example, there was a plaque on Kyiv and at the same time on Odessa.
The Russians divert attention from the city where there will be a major blow. Spray, let’s just say, attention. If 100-150 drones fly to Kyiv, then 20-30 UAVs in Odessa. So now we go to the following format: carpet bombardment using non-aviation bombs, not aviation, but Dronov-Kamikadze “Shahaned”. To terrorize the civilian population in the rear. For the population to cause socio-political haoting and press on power: they say, let’s get something there, go to negotiations and some concessions, because we are already tired of sleeping at night. And it is this trend that Russian invaders are now chosen.
Professionals in military affairs know very well what they need to do to protect the sky. A lot has been mentioned. These are complex actions. I want to emphasize that it is extremely important that Ukrainian citizens finally realize that air anxiety is not to break your sleep. And in order for you to be able to save your life.
I noted that even in the Kiev house where there were the greatest destruction and sacrifices on the night of June 23, people did not make the simplest to save themselves. At a time when air anxiety was not the first hour. The rocket flew much later than air alarming, than they began to stray over Boryspil, Obolon and other areas of the first drones of Kamikadze.
But people write on social networks or tell in an interview for the media: “I slept calmly, and then I wake up, and I am already under debris.” And why did you find yourself there? You have no alarm in your phone? The worst part is not even that there is no bomb shelter or subway nearby.
If you look at the video and photo of the State Emergency Service Erorist act, it is clear that the facade rooms, the facade side are destroyed. People did not even go up to go into the corridor for elementary protection. One wall, two walls, three walls – this is much better. Yes, a rocket arrived. And if it were a drone, it would be less destruction. But if you are in the room by the window, then it will not save you. If you are even in the hallway, not in the basement, it will already save you. That’s what is the matter. Our citizens now need to increase vigilance as much as possible.
Because during the bombing of our cities, we can only take care of ourselves. Not Zelensky will bring us by the handle to the bomb shelter. And, first of all, we need to think about what we need to adapt. This is the fourth year of the war. I understand what is difficult. I understand that it is moral and psychological pressure. I understand that many of us are morally and psychologically exhausted.
But we must survive in this war. At the time when our boys on the front line 24/7 are the confrontation of the enemy in the apocalyptic conditions along the line of combustion, then we are not the apolipsis in the rear. But we are also the responsibility that these guys always know that they have a support in the rear.

I do not see a ballistic weapon, which is ready, which should have long been in serial production. I do not see the terrible blows of the missiles “Hell”, “Pallyan”. Where are the farm strokes? We cannot protect ourselves from Iskander. We have a limited number of Patriot and missiles. I do not see that we have new deliveries. And there is no chance.
That is, it is necessary to destroy the Russian production of weapons, their warehouses, the points of launchers, the military units where the “Isanders” are located. And what? Where are the ballistic missiles that can do it? There, it is necessary to destroy, about 300-400 km from our border. For such missiles, it is a normal working distance. But we do not have them.
Concerning the North Korean KN-23 missiles that run in Ukrainian cities. The Russians helped the North Koreans bring them to level when they are not worse than Iskander. Previously, they hit the accurate plus minus stadium, now 10-30 m.

Moreover, the number of mobile groups decreases. The guys who were in them were mobilized to the front. We see the consequences in our windows and local telegrams. Because we simply do not have other means of intercepting and tracking Shahanedov.
It is very dangerous to knock down with fighter jets, because Shahhed is almost fixed with a plane … drones-interceptors. We have developed six or eight types of drones-interceptors who have undergone codification. But they mainly fly up to 2000 m in height. Only a few models can rise higher, but at those heights they are not capable. That is, everything, because the battery charge is not enough to overcome these heights.
What can be done in this case? This was already mentioned, including me. You just have to lift the means of detection either on a plane or a balloon to see and understand where the drones fly. To provide two tablets, one navigation, the other of some information system. Give some equipment so that you can identify your own and forever, and that there are no anti-aircraft missile complexes at the bottom that can hit such a plane.
These planes can use small missiles. For example, Estonian “Mark 1”, which rise by 2,000 m and have a length of 60-70 cm. They have an infrared head of guidance and they see “Shahda”. That is, you put the plane in the direction of the target, pressed the button – the rocket went. Further, she will understand this “Shahamed”, and you will give you a different drone. That is, there are means, but they are still not in serial production. And they should already be produced in mass.
