The commander of the battalion 47 of the Magura Mechanized Brigade, Alexander Shirshin, who in May criticized the command for “tasks” and futile loss of people, reported his dismissal.

“Officially not a combat. It’s time to leave your battalion. Their fighters with whom the difficult path passed, with whom they “grew” and learned to fight … He had the honor to serve here side by side with incredibly worthy people. I am proud of each of them, ”Shirshin wrote on Facebook on August 14.

“In the meantime, while someone literally counts the nails at the disposal of the battalion, looking for the reason for the next investigation, which now so much that I have gone from the account, we will continue to move that world, standing in front of another unknown, but with an understanding of our duty and a great dream of Ukraine, it has added a great dream.

In May, Oleksandr Shirshin published a post on social networks, which he accused the command of setting pointless tasks and unjustified loss of personnel because of this.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces then stated the creation of a working group for “a comprehensive study of the circumstances set out in the publication of the commander of the unit of the 47th separate mechanized brigade on social networks.”

The fighters of the 47th brigade fought in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, then departed to the Sumy region of Ukraine.
