It is noted that next month the power systems of the Baltic countries will be disconnected from the network of the Soviet times, which was shared with Russia and Belarus.

The Prime Minister of Lithuania, Gintautas Paluckas, said that the government has asked the police to provide security for energy infrastructure facilities, after attempts to disrupt the planned disconnection.
