In May 2024, a search was carried out in the village of Krymka of the Dzhankoysky district, after which Dzhemilov was delivered to the peace court and arrested for 15 days for refusing to undergo a medical examination for drug use
Later, the FSB staff summoned Lieri Dzhemilova’s sister for a conversation and reported that her relatives did not need to meet her after the arrest was completed, as she would be transferred to the FSB immediately.
Since then, there are no news about its location or legal status. At the same time, the FSB occupation department in Crimea claims that criminal cases against Dzhemilova were not violated or investigated.
The Crimean Prosecutor’s Office also does not see the reason to intervene or consider this case.
