NABU clarifies that the scheme was to search for promising land plots and registration for controlled persons of ownership of structures that were not in these areas. According to the Bureau, the criminal organization, during 2023-2024, withdrew from the property of the territorial community of Kiev land in the city center worth UAH 11.6 million.
